Can Tungsten Metal be used to “make” an engagement ring?
The Men’s rings are nice and that’s what my fiance wants. I want our rings to match and figured I could find a place that can build a wedding set for me from the same metal as his. It must have the diamonds!
I wanted matching rings too with my husband and after he bought me a white gold ring, he told me he wanted tungston. i was really upset and before we got married, I would always say that i was going to marry some person out there with a white gold ring, and he was gonna marry some chick with a tungston ring. lol. after the wedding, I got over it, and you will too. After you are married, it does not matter, and you will regret not having gold or platinum. Tungston is a cheap metal, and will not have many options for setting. It is also really hard, and they may not be able to put a diamond in the prongs, because it requires the metal to bend over the diamond. I have not even seen a tungston ring for women with a diamond. sorry.
